The Seat of Dog Dreams

Tonight’s last screening:
Screen three ushering starts at 20:00
Opening credits start at 20:18
Screening ends at 23:17
By the clock hits 23:08 half of the audience walks downstairs
See you, good night
How was the movie?

Too long, too thirsty

The prince in Screen 2 is young His father the power and his mother the magic
The prince dreams
A girl whispers, flickering her neon eyes
My planet is beautiful
And it is beautiful
Too damn beautiful

I close the door of Screen three silently until she whispers that her planet is beautiful
Hundreds of different people hear her whisper
That her planet is beautiful
She whispers once every 20:20
Also once every 11:35
Once every 15:55
Every 18:20
Her planet is beautiful thousands of times
A dog dream of the prince is shared with millions of people every day, worldwide
(Although the planet that the prince envisions seems quite underwhelming; If people travel to her planet, a thick moisturizer is a must)
I haven’t watched the rest of the movie so I wasn’t invited to the seat of dog dreams

After a movie starts, I have to open the screen door once in an hour to check the screen.
Every time I check the screen, I see nothing but a close-up of an actor’s face.
The prince looks serious.
His father, too
His mother, too
Everyone in this movie looks serious and there are women howling from far away
There are no actual women far away The prince cannot hear the women howling
Only we can hear them The prince wrapped in a cloak The neon-eyed girl from the dreams
They can never hear
The wailing can only be heard from people wearing North Face parkas and polyester weaves
It can only be heard from people who’re going back home after the movies and murmur Shite, can’t believe it’s Monday again, and bin leftover popcorn

The prince closes his eyes and frowns his face
(In these short seconds, it seems like he can hear the women howling.)
For 2 hours and 59 minutes the prince walks the desert
He’s going somewhere

At 23:08, the audience coming back from the stairs
See you, good night
How was the movie?

This doesn’t have post-credit scenes, right?

Not sure but the prince will go on an adventure He will love the blue-eyed girl with all his life After about 20 years the prince and the girl will become famous celebrities in reality and marry in secret

It’s 23:20 and I turn the lights on in the screen 3 and hoover the leftover popcorn
I stay at the popcorn desert I’m not going anywhere

The dog dream is over but the girl still whispers that her planet is beautiful.
