골든 위크는 저장 강박 가구에서 지내던 도쿄의 친구에게 일기의 형식을 지닌 질문집을 남겨 직접 방을 치울 수 있도록 돕고, 그 끝에 실제로 친구를 다시 만나 연휴를 보내며 방을 치우는 과정을 기록한 다큐멘터리이다. 이 영상은 크게 세 가지 부분으로 나뉘는데, 친구가 질문집을 읽으며 방을 혼자서 치운 기록, 골든 위크라는 일본의 연휴를 틈타 둘이서 함께 방을 정리한 푸티지들, 그리고 작가가 다시 서울에 돌아와 생활하며 시간의 격차를 두고 알게 된 것들을 교차편집하였다.

Golden Week is a documentary about handing over a questionnaire diary to my friend in Tokyo to clean his hoarded room on his own, and visiting his home at the end of the process. This documentary is divided into three parts; the diary of cleaning the room on his own, the footages of two cleaning the room together, and thoughts after coming back to Tokyo.
